Why should beginners attend meditation classes?

Meditation is a group of techniques that can be used for mind control and increasing self awareness. The techniques and practices of meditation can be difficult for people who are just starting out. They can get confused with the procedures and can also get frustrated by lack of progress. There is a high chance that they may lose interest in the beginning stages and lose out on the greater benefits that can be obtained in the longer run. Meditation classes are places where many beginners start their practice under the supervision of experts. The expert instructors have by themselves gone through the paces before they become experienced. So, they are well aware of all the difficulties faced by beginners and are equipped to guide the people through their paces. The habits that they form during this period are likely to remain with them for as long as they continue practicing meditation.
